Thank you for using this service. There is one main point of contact for us, the email. Please understand that we are not big enough to run our own call center to solve your inquiries by phone. The other fact is that for solving the application issues we need the logs sent from the application in most cases to see what really happened (and… we don’t like call centers :-) ). Also in case of legal matters the written form helps us not to forget anything important. So if you need to contact us please send us email to [email protected].

Your request will be processed in the national language if possible and in the shortest time possible – our team makes all the effort to answer all questions to maximum of 3 working days.

For reviews or comments removal requests, please use the remove button attached under each review/comment and fill the Removal Request form then. Such request will be processed much faster than just an email sent to us. The request form directly binds most of the necessary information needed to process it.

If you need to contact us by a standard written form, here below is the mail contact. Please be aware that there is just this one main office for our company (in the Czech Republic). This is the power of internet, we can serve you around the world, but from one single place. This can be an advantage but also disadvantage… so the email is a preferred way in most cases.
