Person pretends to be from some kind of programming or web company, selling services. The phone has TERRIBLE reception. Likely VOIP to an oversees sweatshop. Quickly escalates to "I can give you quality product, what is your credit card?" Yeah right. NONSENSE - IGNORE AND THEN BLOCK THIS NUMBER!!!

This comment was obviously left by the solicitors and is totally bogus. Just look at the poor language skills used by the person who wrote it. "Amber B."?? Really? Fake name. The comment has capital letters in the middle of the sentence, character spaces between the last letter and the period and overall broken, poor grammar. Sounds like an oversees BS attempt at scamming Americans out of their hard earned money. IGNORE!!!!!
