This is one of the most common nuisance calls: a recorded message begins, "hi, this is Ann..." and typically goes on to advise you the Goverment has authorized this or that, or asks if you have yet secured Health insurance or suggests there is new help for student loan debt. I have, on occasion, actually stayed on the line long enough to get forwarded to a live operator. However, as soon as U begin to naively ask questions about their program or service, they hang up. Purely a phishing scam, as with so many currently playing, and the US Government is doing absolutely nothing about it.
