crazy fool sold my # to telemarketers. Got call from this # and other nuisance callers. he doesn't have the backbone to do his own harassing calls so he gets these 'businesses' to do it for him. he is an SES for fedl govt (consumer protection agency) formerly a civilian employee of a branch of military in WDC/Maryland suburbs. He is catfishing people to me and cyberstalking me. And military has no inclination to help me after I reported it. He also really really likes little boys. Your tax money pays for a high salaried (SES is executive level for US govt) employee to harass women and practice his love on little boys. This guy is middle aged 48-49 married w kids and he cant be trusted with a computer or kids. Please get the authorities to look into this.

This scammer also calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. When you do get to an operator, they still further violate the TCPA by hanging up when asked for a phone number and physical address - information that is not only required by law, but that any legitimate business would gladly provide for anyone they wanted to do business with. Their recording states that the victim has had their student loans (this victim doesn't have any student loans, and the phone number in question has never been affiliated with a student loan) flagged for debt forgiveness by President Obama. This is clearly a scam. Do not provide this scammer any personal or financial information.
