Matrix Warranty Solutions (Scam call) reported by


Said they were with Matrix Warranty out of Texas. The guy claimed the warranty on my "new" car was expired (LOL) and that I had to renew now or the offer would no longer be available. Wanted $3400 for the remainder of the milage to 100,000... I ask him why I would want to pay for a warranty I already have - he said their's were better and covered more repairs... I hated to be rude even though I knew he wasn't being truthful so I told him he'd have to speak to my husband who wasn't home. He said if I didn't accept his offer now that he would close the file and it would not be available later. He also wanted me to at least pay him $500 up front to secure the deal (with my credit card) and that he would bill me the remainder with installments. I ask to be removed from the call list and he hung up on me. I blocked my number and tried to call the number back & got a fast busy signal - like the number wasn't even in service.

Extended Car Warranty is expiring and they want me to renew (Scam call) reported by


Calls day night weekends holidays. Says my car warranty has expired and want me to renew it, I also get mail from them. They know the make of my car they know my name my address. They call for the last 2 years same with the mail they send me with no company name on it. They ask for personal info and my car vin number. I am on the do not call list, Male and female call they arent good english speakers. They want me to obviously want my credit card info to bill me for an extended warranty on my car. I dont have a warranty. The one i did have was thru the dealership.
