Federal grant (Scam call) reported by


They called saying I am receiving a federal grant of $9,000 for being an American but I had to call another number with a reference code. I did call that number (I knew it was a scam) and was told I could receive it via money gram. He asked if I had a Walmart near by and how long it would take me to get there. But to get the grant I had to pay a $491.00 security hold and that was the time I hung up on him.
