The caller had my partial full name and informed me that my personal windows computer (I don't own one) had been exploited and that they could take care of it. I trolled them for a bit until they got angry and hung up.

Silence when first answered first call, so I hung up and then called again later in the day and sounded like another line picked up then someone said Tech Support don't know from where, I responded "Who is this?" and they hung up.

After I answered the call and there was silence, shortly after a man came on the phone saying they were getting reports from my computer about outside users trying to get in to my computer. He could not tell me the name of the company I work for and that my computer would be registered under. He also did not have my corporate office number which would be who he would deal with directly.
