They call from multiple numbers stating you are selected for government grant when asked details they tell you to call a number. When confronted about the scam they call from other numbers and continue to harass they ask for money on gift cards in order to received the funds

They called and said that i have been approved for a 9700 dollar grant and i have to with draw from western union and that they only allow 3000 dollar withdraw so i have to pay 250 to open an account with western union by the way the people with whom i spoke with were Indian. hindue ive heard of the irs scam from them so please please please dont trust these people if the call you for a grant offer its a scam

The name this man gave me was " J. C." with a very heavy middle eastern accent! He told me that I will receive $9,000.00 federal grant from IRS, because a survey was done in my area and because I pay my taxes on time (I rent) and no criminal record (convicted felon just sayin) and I'm not in debt ( this time -640.00$ in bank) I qualify!? Now I put my business out there so you aren't scammed by these calls! I do work been out of trouble for some years now and just a single mom living check by check but come one!! Who can help with making these ppl STOP !!!!!!
