Understood. I needed feedback/explanation as well and couldn’t get a call back. They expect everything to go out this afternoon, which we’ve been told everyday this week but this time it’s coming directly from the VP.   You’re right, it should not take this amount of time. I’m not making excuses for them but the explanation they gave me was that one of their underwriters has been out sick. The rest of the team has been trying to pick up her slack but deals that were most likely to close and fund before the end of this month took priority. They apologized for committing to a time frame they did not deliver on and giving us false expectations so figured I’d pass that along.

Sounded Asian, but not certain. Talked with "Social Security" agent about his immorality for a bit. I'm relatively sure he picked up nothing. Clearly a scam.
