Heavy Indian Accent, Asked if I was (said my name) I said "Who's This" She claimed to be from the US Treasury Services dept, I said OK, she said "your name and number qualify to receive 9000.00" I said "9000.00!!!!" She said "yes sir" I said "can you make it 49,000.00?" She said "Expletive!" and hung up on me... End of call
