Threat to me to get arrested for a fraudulent tax document filing. Said they were going to have someone soon arrest me for having a fraudulent tax document filed with my SSN. If I did not contact them I would be arrested for a fraudulent tax return. Gave a long number and then hung up the phone. The volume of the call was extremely low. I could barley understand them.

Said they were going to have someone soon arrest me for having a fraudulent tax document filed with my SSN. Gave a long number and then hung up the phone. I have been called by them 4 times in the past week. I answered the second call. They identified themselves as the IRS and that an agent was on the way to my location. They did not leave a message. Accent is thick (Indian or Middle Eastern) and the volume of the call was low.

I am retired and have no income for the reporting with the Irs in the times that the message indicates they are calling repeatedly. They are harassing me as well as violating my constitutional rights to presumptive privacy. I have not received any mail from any government branch with regards to any IRS obligations and clearly I have read on the official IRS website, it is there the ITS speaks of and has published an article a pop up that indeed warns and accuses parties mis use of false information to secure illegal monies from private parties. I am currently in the process of defining a letter and complaint disclosing names and numbers misused private communication telephone lines and made threats on my vm, and forward this email to state Atty's general office. Also I am on the DNC fed list.
