Stated she was from the federal government and wanted to give me 9800.00. I gave her the run around for about 15 min. She was Clearly frustrated with me because I would not say yes to anything, I just kept saying you are the federal government and you already have all my information. She finally called me a "****", then a" grandma ****". She said" I hate you, I hang up on you!" She hung up, I got hysterical!

Says it's from the US Federal Grant Service. They did not use my official name, which is how I know they got my info from social media or something similar.
