called to say that tomorrow my credit card would be billed 399 for renewal of my tech support contract.I told them I wanted to cancel this. They took me to two different website that said not secure. They tried to convince me to click on them any way. They gave me a number to call and ask for Jack Wilson at 202-621-0405 and he would cancel it for me. Instead I call Best Buy directly and found out it was a scam like I thought.I was very upset, I wasted 30 minutes of my worktime with someone trying to scam me. DON'T EVER CALL THIS NUMBER!!

Refused to tell me which credit card they were going to charge. claimed to be Geeksquad and that I had a 3 year service contract. Told me I had to go to a particular website to cancel the service. That I had auto renewal.
