It took about 10-12 secs after I answered before someone started actually talking. His voice sounded like a robotic foreign man. He offered a huge amount of Grant money that I would not have to ever pay back, or accrue any other charges from. I declined the offer. He asked me why, and I said it sounds like hidden fees/scammy. He tried to assure me it was not. I continued to decline. He continued to push it. He finally got the hint that I wasn't changing my mind and we got off the phone. Very irritating...

Man with heavy accent offered me $45,000 grant money that i would never have to pay back... i asked him to put me on his do not call list as I have never applied for any grant money ever.... he continued to talk over me although i did not understand what he was saying ... i hung up

I had the same experience with the same very rude foreign individual. I asked himwhat part of the do not call list he didnt understand and continued to talk over me.
