A rude woman by the name of Theresa called asking for the president of the company by name. I asked what this was regarding and she said it doesn't matter and why do I need this information from her in order to speak with him. I hung up on her. She obviously hasn't heard the saying "You get more bees with honey." She's straight up vinegar.

A lady called and asked for someone. I told her that person was not here and asked if I could take a message or help her with something. She acted very annoyed and said she will try back. I told her the only way she can talk to that person is to leave a message, she said she will send an e-mail and hung up. Obviously not anyone we would want to talk to since she refused to leave a message and was rude for no reason.

Asked for someone who wasn't available when asking what it was in regards to and if I could take a message,they were rude and said ; No this is Teresa I will send an email and hung up. Have no idea who this is or what they wanted
