I received a call stating that I was under federal investigation by the irs and if I didn't call back then they would send it to their courts so I would need to call back now. I called back and got a recording of a person named David to leave name and number and he will call back. I called 3 different times and it went straight to voice mail. Does anyone know where I can report this call?

This is a SCAM!!! Claiming the IRS will put u in jail & you only have two ways to resolve. Pay them & I hung up before I gave them any information & they told me the other option. Told them I was going to report them! They claim the IRS will take you to court. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! REPORT THEM!!!!

Called these people back. Said I would be arrested within :45 minutes if I didn't try to settle now. I tried to settle, but my $100 initial payment was insufficient. They wanted at least $500. I wanted the paperwork, but they would only be able to give it to me at the time if arrest. I asked what address they tried to inform me at, the first guy said he couldn't give It to me because of confidentiality laws. The next person, DERRICK GARCIA CONFIRMED MY ADDRESS, OMG!!! THEN I thought I should google the number. Found all these complaint reports. I re-filed my number with the DO NOT CALL website a month ago, I still received this scam call???

This is a Scam. Do not call them back. No one can file a lawsuit and call you. You have to be physically served by a sheriff or a process server to let someone know they are being sued.

I was informed that my name and address are under a federal investigation and I need to contact them to resolve the situation before it is downloaded into the court. Phone number one is if you are under investigation and you are not going to get a phone call informing you that you are under investigation Kama we will know if they are not going to tell you they're going to send it to the courts to pick up you're just going to get an arrest summons or tell me she quit this type of situation does not happen over the phone.

Just had the same call. Saying an investigation was associated with my name and address to call back or the case would be downloaded to the courts. These people have even contacted my ex boyfriend threatening him, telling him I took out a loan with him as a cosigner. This is crap
