Claiming to be from the IRS stating that there is an ongoing federal investigation and they will send an arrest warrant to local authorities unless you pay and the call was a 3-way call with Homeland Security. When I stated that I won't be answering any questions without a lawyer present the caller called me a B!@!$# and hung up.

It is a cell phone number yet portrays themselves as the IRS with a fraud claim being filed against you. If it was the IRS they would not be using a cellphone as their phonebot system. They wouldn't even be using a phonebot to call you.
