Female with heavy accent calling saying she is from the IRS and there is a warrant being put out for arrest ' in this name' but never stated a name and that there is a case being drawn out on ' this name'. Scam! !

Some lady claims that she calls from a law office and IRS has a case file against us. This is so fake. IRS will not ask a law firm to sue you. They will take you to court by themselves. Do not call back.

This number called me numerous times this morning after finally leaving a voicemail female stating she is calling from the IRS and has an arresr warrant issued out. She didnt state no names.

Called twice in a row and left messages. Woman identified herself as officer Kelly Watson saying an arrest warrant is being issued in my name for some IRS infraction. Said I must call (202) 754-8390. But the number she called from is my own number! Don't know how they do that but it should be illegal. Threatening calls like this with intention to scam and take advantage of trusting people must be illegal somehow.

Female caller left message on cell phone that there IRS had an arrest warrant out on me and that I needed to contact them at 202-754-8390 immediately. It's tax time and the scam calls are out there.
