I didn't answer the phone number this time, but I did a couple of weeks ago, and they called themselves Premium Tech Support, and if it was them, then they wanted me to pay them some outrages amount and then when I said I couldn't afford it, they lowered to 200 or around there, and they then let me use the computer, after they supposedly clean it, but actually they put on a malware and I had to go to a computer store and get it clean up. Not good.

Further, they got to the point they were charging me fees to fix what they messed up. They used Google Pay and Best Buy Pay to collect fees. Charged to Credit card, and filed a protest to reverse them. Lot's of work with Valid PC Security Software company to get it cleaned up.

keeps calling me.So I spoke to him about reason for constant calls and he said someone was trying to hack my computer. Several weeks ago I went online and had 547 pups errors on my computer and company online said they could fix for 500.00. Sounded like a heavy Indian accent - I can't afford it so they said they would make an exception and charge me 299.99, I said I'm sorry but I could buy a reconditioned computer on eBay for that, so the manager came online and said he would charge me 1.99 for work done and I said OK, 45 minutes later after taking over my computer they had added several new programs (that had worms in them) and I still had the 547 pups. I finally went to Malwarebytes and the 547 plus several others were cleaned up from my computer. Now they keep calling me and I asked why are you calling and their response was someone is trying to hack into your computer(not possible purchased new computer) so I told him to stop calling me because I know you are the same company that tried to mess up my computer and charge me for it. He responded with "We will charge 5000.00 to your credit card" and I replied "no you won't." Just talked to my credit card company and they are aware of this SCAM. Stay away from them only asking for problems.

Broken English. Said I was to be given about 9k because our oh-so-generous government was giving out money randomly. My reason was no bankruptcies and a clean criminal record. I stayed on the phone to get more info to report, and the scary thing was they had my previous address. I recommend answering but saying all the info they have is false / fake used just to help someone else rent.
