this number called me randomly twice today. second time i did pick up. no answer on the other end though background sound was echoing as if telemarketing. they hung up right away. now i am afraid that they were able to connect somehow to my number and use my phone account to place calls. blocking this number.

Very rude and hostile! They refuse to stop the calls. I asked to be removed from their calling list and they hung up on me. I told them the last 4 calls to stop calling and yet it continues, arrrrgh!!!!

Caller ID shows call from Egypt can hardly speak English. Had a 9,000.00 and a 12,000 grant waiting for my deposit information. When asked if they were calling from Washington DC why did my caller ID show Egypt they had the nerve to hang up on me. Another Scammer

I've received repeated calls from this DC number which I have ignored. I answered today and a woman with a very thick Asian accent asked for me by name. I asked her who she was and she told me she was "with the United States Government." I told her she was full of sh#t and if they called me again I'd report them to my state's attorney general. She kept on talking but I hung up on her

Called from this number claiming to be "Calling from the Federal Government Grants Department". I know there are a lot of federal agencies, but as a federal employee, even I have never heard of the Grants Department of the Federal Government, offering to send me money for free, non-taxable, and all I have to do is either give them my bank account information, or do western union! Like I am ever giving my bank account info over the phone to someone who claims to work for the government! They won't even take it over the phone when I am calling someone at my own agency in my HR department to change my direct deposit!!! So if this number calls you claiming to want to give you money - don't give them info. In fact, don't even answer the call!

They called me saying they were from the goverment and that i had recieved a 9000 cash and they wantd me to give them my bank information so they could deposit the money into my account the lady on the phone had a very heavy accent!

These people told me they were from the Treasury Dept (Indian sounding voice)...what a laugh ! I cussed them out and hung up.
