They called and said that I qualified for a one time grant that I can receive in a money order or cash but I would have to call a different number and give them the grant number number. I called the other number (1-866-978-4564) the operator said can get this grant but there is a one time fee of $350 be cause we need to collect a tax and I have to pay this up front and we'll reimburse it back in the amount of $9550. I said I don't have that money and said how much money do I have and I said none and she said call the number back when I have the money.

I have received three calls from the Washington DC area code. I do not know anyone on the East Coast so I know its a **** call. I answered the third one to let release some frustration but there was no one on the other end. Smells like a robo-dialer.
