She tried to talk me into how I could use a pell grant to my benefit as if I absolutely should go through with it. I never completed a FAFSA for one so she shouldn't even have that info. Do not let people misguide you and attempt to scam you no matter what it is!

Calling To Scam You Saying You Applied For A Grant/Student Loan To Go To College (Telemarketer) reported by Do Not Answer This Call
This phone number is doing illegal practices. They are using a phone number that you can not call back the phone number that shows on the caller ID. They are very rude. As soon as you ask them who they are or when you don't answer the question just like they want you to. BECAUSE this is a scam they become very rude. When you ask how did you get my phone number? Or when you say. I didn't request this call or information how did you get my phone number? They hang up on you and then you cannot even reach them back to talk to a manager or anybody. Since they are using an illegal method of phone sales. Which is called spoofing you number. Where they are using a phone number that is showing from a different state. They very well could be calling from the state that your in. Which I am in Arizona. I will be reporting this to the Attorney General of Arizona and the State that they are using the phone number for. Also I will try and see if the Better Business Bureau has this phone number at all. I know because I run a non-profit organization. What all of the laws are. This is against the law and makes the good companies who do everything right look bad. I had a total of 4 number's call me a total of 15 times. Only one of them showed an Area Code in my State and that one is the one that I could actually get back a hold of. It is kind of amazing. I told the guy I didn't request the information that he was calling my work number to please remove my information. If I wanted to go to college I could pay for it in cash. He told me he was so sorry and apologized and said that the company he worked for would not call back my phone number. I told him that unfortunately those other companies makes the good companies like his look bad when they are doing it the right way and doing a good job. Do not take this call if you do and you look this number up. Do not sign up with this company they will end up ripping you off.
