This number showed up on my caller ID as "Department of Homeland Security" but it wasn't them. The voice mail left a standard friendly voice scam trying to sell me great rates for a loan.

Scam (Scam call) reported by 73.180.189.xxx
Caller starts with "Sorry I missed your call", (but I never called them), and says she wants to go over the terms of the $250,000 contract award (on which I never placed a bid). This is a scam to get a return call so they can sell you services, most likely for assistance with getting government contracts. AVOID!!!
