They said I was entitled to 9000 dollar tax free. Crappy English speaker. I told him their number is popular on Google as a scam and that they need to quit their bs. Do not fall for it!

Called about a Federal Grant that I've been awarded. I confronted him in regards to not receiving any information in the mail; his response I'm just a loan officer, you need to call and talk to the Senior Accounts to have it be disbursed. Foreign Accent, could hear people talking in the background. Asking questions in regards to my name, zip code, and birthday. I told him that if you were government you would have all that information readily available and on file.
