The person hung up after I said they had the wrong number then proceeded to call me again.

They called and hung up several times. When someone finally spoke when I picked up they had a heavy Indian accent and she said that she was the Federal Government and my name and number was randomly selected and when I inquired about the nature of the call she hung up on me.
