This is a nonworking number used to spoof the real caller when I returned the call. I answered the original call and there was a recording that states that "today is the last day you can apply to get your student debt forgiven" under an expiring Obama era student debt forgiveness program. Apparently the program is real but the caller is a scammer. Do not give them any personal information about yourself. THIS IS A SCAM!
