Got calls from a lady threating to take me to court, I asked for what she wouldn’t give me answers. She asked if I have filed bankruptcy, I said non of your business, she said tell it to the judge sweetheart!! Then she hung up!

The change names I called them because you don’t go after my 80 year old mom and try and scam her. They go to the white pages and then act like they know something about you. I berated them for a good while on several different calles to tell them how sad they were. Total scams!

I answered and she stated they would take me to court and that I owe over 1,000 for a cash advance I took put online that I never paid back between 2008-2012 (no exact date) then said I have 24-48 hours to make my first payment of 250 to resolve the debt and I can that monthly in 4 installments. I asked that she send notification she stated they have to my mailing address (very old address) and my email. I asked what the emailers name was she couldnt provide it. I said that I would call back in 24 hours she provided this number 844 647 9753 x409

Called and said they needed to hear from me or my attorney today. Called back and she hung up on me twice when I told her it was a scam. Said I owed money to some direct cash loan (when googled his is a South African bank) nothing on my credit report. The second time after I said it was a scam she said they would “laughing at me in court” I called and filed a complaint with the federal trade commission. Obviously a scam.

ecieved a voicemail from a man named "Brandon" called from Mediation Service saying that I have a pending case & it requires my immediate attention. And if I do not call back or if my attorney doesnt call them back, he will document that I wave my right to counsel & submit my case that I have absolutely no idea what he is talking about. Additionally, I called the number back and it directed you to put a message on the persons voice mail. Voice is very demanding and the person speaks in a very abrupt manner.
