I'm duplicating the previous person's summary. Except, they left a 3 second (silent) VM. This number calls frequently, usually sent through the main number to my dept. The phone only rings once, maybe twice, before hanging up. No matter how quickly I grab the phone, I always get a dial tone. Leaning toward this is a solicitation or SPAM call of some sort since they never wait for an answer.

Called asking about some subscription.. Had info for the owner.. when asking for my info, I asked why and he hung up.
