The caller started out by asking if I was the head of the household. I said yes. He claimed to be collecting money for a fund for officers/family hurt in the line of duty. They wanted me to sign up to donate $50 which was the "level that does the most good" but when I said I wanted to talk to my husband first he wanted to put me down for $15 and I still said I wanted to speak with my husband first and then he said thanks for my time and hung up.

Worx Tools ~ I bought a product of theirs through qvc. (Company) reported by


i spent some time on their site...Worx as interested in additional tools. This call didi not have the USA undernearh like the other calls that I do not answer but block immediately! Last wk. Walmart order ai believe was interceded by a source, unknown... Was directed to supposedly their "Philapeans" division, it appeared tech was.correcting error, but the offices in US at WM have no record, I was able attain my credit for 1/2 my order, still waiting for other, also WM sends confirmation affter ordring...their was attached suspious hyperlink long as my hand~. I am monitoring all closely now, their site was also unstable.

This number called me and hung up on me. I'm betting it's a number that one wants you to return the call that way if you have a registered number on the do not call list they can consider it as they accidentally calling you but since you called back, they can offer you their product.

They call several times a month. If it is a human, they are very rude. Start a real fast automated sounding pitch about disabled vets, and when I try to interrupt to tell them my father and brother are both disabled vets, they keep talking for a few seconds before I hang up.

This number comes from Birmingham, AL, I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?

The number is listed as Worx but calls can be re-routed.. Ect., but I have been looking on their site to buy an additional product. Hope this helps... Also all scam calls I get have USA under their number. Tessie ~
