Money offer via PayPal (Scam call) reported by

Wanted me to clean house before a move. I stated I was hi hundreds of miles from city and couldn't help. He said great and sent $500 anyway, so I could pay for the keys to house and get to cleaning. I don't live near Irvine. I never said I'd clean the house. Now he wants money back for a fee and I refuse to pay it. It's not my fault he sent me money.

It's a solicitor, left a blank message and never called back. Also, DO NOT ANSWER THESE CALLS. The reason they call 100 times is because once you answer they know your phone number is active so even if you're on the "do not call list" they will know will usually answer so they keep calling. Just never answer and they wont ever call back.

I get calls about insurance. No lie they have called me 10 times a day and while I'm at work. I have asked repeatedly to take my number off there list. What do they do? Call back 5 mins later. And I'm on the useless DO NOT CALL LIST TOO.
