Spoke to an Andreas from Riverside Payment, a merchant services company. He asked to speak to our president by Name, I asked him for his company name, he responded simply "Riverside." We work with a customer who's company name begins with Riverside, so I tried to confirm it was that customer. At which point, he told me "Riverside Payment and that he was calling about our merchant account. I informed him, we had an account elsewhere and hung up.
