They left a message saying they had a warrant for my arrest because of money I owe and if I don't call back within certain amount of time they will proceed. This is not the way IRS works. Don't answer these calls and not even call back because this people try to intimidate you to get money from You.

I didnt answer, but a message was left claiming that I would be arrested within an hour at my house if I didnt call back and deal with them. Just for giggles, I tried to call the number provided and was answered by a modem/fax.
