Only picked up because I thought it was my kids doctor. They hung up as soon as I answered. I Called back still thinking it was my kids doctors office. Person on phone pretended that they couldn't hear me but their head set volume was turned up so high that it was picking up my words and sending them back to me along with the other party's voice. Hung up and tried again. Caller spoke with me this time. Told me they were with the State Election Service. And that they needed to speak with "name of person" about a personal business matter. I informed them that I am a victim of stalking and will not verify my identity until they tell me why they are contacting. They continued lying to me about being from the State Election Service and refused to tell me why they wanted to speak with "name of person".
