SO everything below what people are saying is true, i called back the number and told the lady she needs to stop harassing me and send me documents of what i sign and she said we dont need to send you anything, you have $3,000.00 in debit and you need to pay it and she hung up on me. She was very rude and mad when i told her i need paperwork where i sign this "LOAN"!

If you are served at your place of employment and are not present your supervisor or HR Rep will be required to sign for you and deliver the summons to you personally...You have been officially notified.
