Received a call from 210-405-0400 at 11:50am CST, when I answered, the call was disconnected after nothing but dead air for a couple of seconds. When I called the number back, there was an automated system that didn't provide any company information, only stated that if you are calling because of a missed call or dropped call and would like to be added to the do not call list to call 888-382-1222 (which is the national do not call registry line). The system repeated the DNC phone number 3x and disconnected the call. There wasn't an option to speak with a live person at all.

I get a message from this number saying that if I don't respond that my google listing will be taken down or degraded. I have asked them if they are affiliated with Google and they hang up.

Faulty robo system. They have phoned several times and do not respond when answering. A return call yields a poor recording with the word communications in it. After a brief hold, the gentleman who answered was polite and asked if I was returning a call. He explained it was from Birch communications offering a way to lower our phone bills and that they would be calling again.
