This caller has left numerous messages on my aunts answering machine advising her she was due a refund after I called the number back the man that answered this was a scam and it needs to be reported to the proper authorities

Call from a local number directed me to call this number for a refund I'm owed for a service I paid for which is going out of business. I never paid for any services, so I know this is a scam. Blocked the number on my phone.

I returned call and was very cautious to see what it was about. You can hear others in background likely call center. He stated I was entitled to a refund of $350 and they got my name from government since Geek Squad could no longer provide services that I already paid for. The agent directed me to www.supremofree.com which wanted to gain access to my computer. My antivirus Bitedefender stated it was not advisable to give over access to this company. I ended the call and never agreed to sharing my computer access with them. I am blocking this call on my cellphone. This sounds like a scam, call originates from San Antonio, Texas call center. Be ware Be careful

Called from a local number but left this 201 area code to call back. VM transcript read,” Call back you’re entitled to refund. I immediately searched this number & found they send links to hack your banking. I am not entitled to a refund. Ever. These need to stop.
