This number called me at least three times. First time, i did not pick up. second time, I answered, the person called me by name, said something about health, and family, I said "what?" and he hung up. Third time, I answered and said hello. There was some background noise, then a big sigh, and hung up.

I have YouMail. They have this number as a confirmed scam caller and automatically block it. Their reports are that it’s either a type of pyramid scheme, somebody calling but doesn’t talk, or one instance where the caller claims to this other user that she is calling her boyfriend but the user tells her she has the wrong number. Transcript for the pyramid scheme is also given: “Business model that literally put $500,000 in my pocket in my first year and I can prove it to you see I've discovered the secret to big my success from home and here it is the real secret to making immediate cash flow and a huge income is not from selling products. I repeat it is not from selling product.” For me, although my phone doesn’t ring front this number, YouMail does a good job blocking it, I keep get notifications that this number was blocked from calling me and blocked from leaving voicemail. He/she/they are obviously relentless.

Calls my work number all the time every week. If I ignore the call it immediately calls me again up to four times. If I answer there's always silence on the line. Super annoying when I'm in the middle of conference calls!
