Caller, named Chelsea, claiming to be calling about a recent inquiry in USAA account. This is the second call I have gotten from a San Antonio number claiming to be USAA. Both numbers are not registered as USAA phone numbers and both numbers have been reported to USAA. Do not give them your information!

I received a call from this number claiming to be USAA and was inquiring about a recent account inquiry. They gave me a different number to call back that still wasn't USAA. I called the actual USAA number they said that number is not with them. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!

He said thanks for being a member for 21 years I need to update your info. I said I'm working and can't he said don't hang up on me you need to update your info. Called USAA and they do not own this number it does not even take calls, its a SCAM.
