So i get this phone call from a number out of New York.. 212-226-31xx.. They say its from apple and my apple device has been compermised.. Please push 1 to talk to a rep.. I think ok.. Let see here.. Push the number.. Hold.. They answer yes may i help you. I said i dont know you called me. He continues to tell me my apple product has been conpermised and has been used in 2 different countries.. I said hmm.. Interesting.. He then askes me if i have been to either i reply with a no i havent. Then asks me if i have been out of the country.. I respond with i wish to visit other places but no i havent.. He then asks me to turn on my apple conputer either my desk top or laptop and give them access to it. Im thinking.. Ya right.. This coule be fun.. I tell him ok i do have a laptop but it isnt on. Can you please turn it on. I tell him sure.. Put down my phone let it sit for a few.. He says mam are u there? I pick up mu phone say yes i am. Its just booted up. He says ok i need to access your apple device. I then say ok can you please explain how to do this on my windows 10 laptop? He then responds with mam i need to access your apple laptop to be able to fix the compermise that is going on. I again repeat.. Well tell me how you would like to do this i have windows 10 not a apple laptop and im sure you i know what i am talking about. He then says mam you dont have a apple product? I respond with no not a laptop and please tell me how you got my number and think i have this product i dont have because you should give it to me! He hung up..
