The call comes in and is extremely static filled there is a voice or voices but you can't hear them clearly because it sounds muffled. So I hang up. It appears to be a cell phone because if you call back you get a Verizon message saying the customer is unavailable at this time

I get not one not two but a minimum of 5 calls from them a day. They even call with numbers that show on caller ID US Government number is 1085. How the hell do they get it show a 4 digit number. I enjoy my calls from them I like insulting them such as talking about there mothers and how proud she would be of them which escalates to them telling me f--k you and all other mean nasty things. One way to get a rise out of them is mention good old mommy
