I operate a florist shop. This number is trying to fax me something but I have no fax. The system goes on retry every 10 minutes. all you can do is answer and hang up. If it goes to voice mail it records the beeps forever...quite annoying.

I am on the No-Call list, so I have been called by this number 213-221-6096 illegally SEVERAL TIMES in the past week. These callers are criminals breaking the law. Has American society reverted back to the "old Wild West"? It seems innocent American victims have been abandoned to fend for themselves.
