this call wasn't blocked by the app. They kept calling last weekend early saturday morning. I blocked them and this morning they called 2 times and woke me up again. The app indicates the number is blocked so why am I still getting calls?

Called twice, 3 minutes apart. I called the number back and it was a woman speaking spanish. Then she said "no habla english." I said "then stop calling." Blocked the number. Funny thing about it, the number only showed up on my voicemail, not on recent calls.

Called me speaking Spanish I handed the phone to my boyfriend because he speaks Spanish and they said they were calling homeowners about their high electric bill and asking for our personal information... but funny thing about it is that we don't even own a home. Received a call from this #, I didn't answer, they left no message. I called it back, Rings 1+1/2 times, then typical waiting music starts playing. I stayed on line 20 MINUTES, and every 3 minutes it would say, "waiting times is about 10 minutes". So, true junk of a call.
