Call centre reported by Anon
Eric N, with a thick Indian accent that was barely understandable, called my cell phone asking if I was the homeowner. When I said I was not the homeowner he asked if he could speak with the homeowner. He said he got my number from their marketing department but he could not connect me to the marketing department. He told me he was calling from the New Jersey office of Green Energy, which has its main office in Los Angeles, CA, but that he was not allowed to provide me the "personal information" of his company's address. He said his company doesn't sell anything but provides information to save energy costs to homeowners with $0 out of their pocket. I asked if I could speak to his supervisor and he said he had many supervisors. I asked for the name and title of one and he said Luke was a floor supervisor but he was busy and all supervisors were busy. He did not know Luke's last name and could not provide me a contact number. This company seems to be a scam version of companies legitimately established to use the government mandated funding collected from customers of energy companies to implement alternative energy programs. A more transparent, similar type of company is ... very openly answered all of my questions about his information providing private company that also does this.
