Called my cellphone, which is on the DNC list. CID said "...DALLAS TX," but that may be fake along with the number, as I get "number no longer in service" message if I call it manually. These characteristics match some Pakistani boiler room groups which peddle various frauds as the scam du jour. Rang 5 times, then hung up.

The caller ID said "Gateway Tech" but since I know that any techs from Gateway would request permission to access my computer and since I recently read that there have been a number of scams involving a "computer tech" person calling to say that they have found issues with the person's computer, I did not answer.

Calls almost every day! I've been on the Do Not Call Registry from the very beginning when it 1st came out, so why are these Bozo's able to call & harrass me? 1st time some idiot on the other end accent so heavy & slurred (or maybe drunk) trying to give me some pitch about Student Loan Debt Forgiveness! A. Nobody here has been in college for over 20+ yrs & B. All classes were paid up front with CASH!! Duh!! I asked to NOT BE CALLED & stated I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST & this is my CELL PHONE & I PAY FOR EACH MIN ROUNDED UP!! THESE A-HOLES ARE COSTING ME $$$ STOP CALLING ME, PERIOD, ASAP! HARASSMENT! I've installed 3 different call blocker apps! These retards still call 1-2x a day each & every day! This is my cell phone! I'm charged for EACH min rounded UP! These a-holes are costing me $$$$ I thought DO NOT CALL registry meant DO NOT CALL!!! WTH!?!?! STOP CALLING ME!!!!
