I answered to a recording that put me on hold briefly, then a woman answered and asked what my name was (didn’t quite get it right) and then asked for my DOB and address for verification purposes before ever telling me who was calling. They said they couldn’t say until I gave my information for “security purposes.” I told them no because I don’t know who is calling, and they said “Okay, we’ll send you a letter in the mail and when you received it can you give us a call back?” I said sure (even though they probably have no idea what my mailing address is) and they hung up. Super sketchy and had red flags all throughout it.

The person on the phone kept calling me. They asked me about an email I sent and then asking me if my name was a weird name and when I stated no that is not my name and I did not send an email. They proceeded to get hostile. So I hanged up and blocked the number.

Called asking me to 'Verify my info' to go any further. I verified my name (Which is not even my name) and she said she also needs me to verify my address and date of birth. Bull.
