called Comcast to see if a legit number. turns out theres a problem with external wires. set up appointment at no charge for the tects to come to my home. told Comcast rep the number and city and the time I recd this call. good luck

"Comcast" calling to leave me a voicemail telling me to call back 1-844-482-6747. They had me check my modem after calling them back to "run a test" which they were unsuccessful at and will have to do again. Seemed very suspicious!
