This company is ridiculous. They have called me from various different numbers. They give an option to be taken off the call list by pressing 1 or 3. Although, they do not take you off. I finally got in touch with a "representative", whom I advised that I knew it was not her fault, but I needed to be taken off of the call list because obviously pressing the number to be taken off wasn't working and I got hung up on.

The robocall claimed to be from the credit card services. Didn't specified which one. The message was that nothing is wrong with my card, but they can lower my rate to 6% and offered to press 1 to speak with a life person. I hanged up.

claimed to be credit card services. I asked for the address of the company and they kept talking. Again I asked what is your address? Then hung up. The attorney general should look into credit card services as the are clearly operating illegally and breaking every possible law against scamming on the FCC controlled infrastructure, namely the phone system. They want your credit cards number but wont give you an address of who is actually calling. This scammer needs a safe space. prison!

Robocall, woman's voice said "this is about your account. It is important that we speak with you about your account and show you how you can dramatically lower the interest on your account balance. Press 1 to be connected to a live representative...blah blah blah." Don't have a clue what account she was referring to as she never gave a company name. Since it was a robocall I couldn't ask. Just block this phone number and save yourself some time!
