Called with a local area code and asked for old warehouse manager by name. When I informed them that he is no longer here, the man on the phone became rude asking "What do you mean he's not there. Like he's gone for the day?" I told him, "He no longer works for our company." He said, 'Well who took his place then?" I asked him what the call was in regards to. He said, "Im calling from USSP shipping about some packages that were returned to us." I put him on hold to ask if anyone in my office has heard of this company, and they hung up. No one had heard of this company so I began to google and found all sorts of spam reports on this.

Called saying they were with USSP shipping and that they had a returned package. I asked who it was shipped from, he said im not sure this is my first day can i transfer you to a supervisor? I said I just looked you up it looks like you scam people, and he hung up.

Asked for equipment manager, "returned" package (Scam call) reported by


Woman called saying that she is from USSP shipping and said that a package was returned to them and they asked for the equipment manager. I asked them what address they sent it to and she said she didn't know and that it was her first day on the job so she was just told to call. I told her that I didn't know who handles that and put her on hold. As soon as I put her on hold she hung up. I then looked up "USSP Shipping" which turns out to be a scam call

Same for me- they were fishing for more personal info so their 'driver' could find me and deliver a package- transferred me to a manager when I wouldn't just spill my cell phone #. Googled while I was on hold... yep. Scam. Hung up.

Called with an "undelivered package" The person verified my company name and address, (they provided it, I did not provide or correct any information they gave) and pushed very hard to get a secondary cell phone number of my supervisor to whom it was addressed, for the driver to call as "he must have gotten lost".

They call our business and when I ask for where the returned pkg address is they back pedal and tried giving out old info. I told them I need to know who and where it was being sent and then I would confirm. They say they will get the info and call back....bs

Returned package (Scam call) reported by


A woman named Sara called and said that they had a packaged sent back to them as it was un-deliverable to my address. They asked if I was aware of this package and I said no. I am also not familiar with USSP Shipping. She advised that I needed to speak with her manager and put me on hold. While on hold I googled the name and found a bunch of articles claiming it to be a scam. I hung up before the manager got on the line.

Just hung up after calling them back telling them not to send the "package" as a thank you for our previous business. First a Jose called, then i spoke with a woman and then a fellow with an Eastern US accent (NY? NJ?) Telling them DO NOT SEND that package. He said he would not. What do i do if they do? How can I reject it?

Caller claims that a package was sent back to them. When I ask about the package (how was it sent? UPS, FedEx, USPS?) they say that his manager has the package in front of them. Places me on hold to transfer me to the Manager. (We have never ordered anything from this company and therefore are not expecting anything.) I hang up before talking to a manager

They keep saying they are with USSP shipping but won't tell me what it is they are trying to deliver and they have called over 10 times in the last 5 minutes. They called 6 times while I was answering the first one. They want cell numbers and names of supervisors to call regarding a package that was sent back to them. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
