New Credit Card rate offer (Robocall) reported by


Phone rang with 'Texas' on the caller id. Answered "City Morgue." There was a slight pause, then "Heather" went into her robocall about offering me a limited time to improve my credit card rates. Hung up. Robocalls are no fun to screw with.
