Wholesale Supply House (Telemarketer) reported by

I received a call from this number wanting to send me a catalog and some free gifts, he also wanted to send me some of the most amazing drill bits. If I liked them I would be billed 479.90 but if I didn't like them I could just send them back at no cost to me LOL. I agreed and he gave me his contact info and told me someone would call me to verify the address for shipping. After I hung up I googled the company, Nothing hmmm not a good sign. So I googled the toll free number that he gave me. INLAND EMPIRE INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES in Riverside CA. They go by many names on the phone but they are a very shady company, just check the bbb for all the complaints. When the woman called to verify everything, I told her that I didn't want anything from their company because I checked them out. She said the order is cancelled and hung up. The way this company works I wouldn't be surprised if I receive everything anyways and a call from the collection department demanding payment. BEWARE If they call HANG UP, They are very nice on the phone but they send out garbage and threaten lawsuits when you refuse to pay. They say it's all free excerpt for one item that you can try but are not obligated to purchase but then refuse to let you return it.

Wholesale Tool Supply (Company) reported by

They first called me and said, "I am looking for the owner of the company, is he available?" I said there is no owner who is a "he", but "she" may be available, who is calling? He hung up, which irritated me, so I called back, spoke to someone else (the voices were different), and asked with whom I was speaking and the name of the company. He graciously answered my questions. I told him that although I own a business, I do not need to purchase tools, since we do not have a repair shop and asked him to put our office phone number on their do not call list. He said he would do so. We shall see. Remember, these people are just doing their job, as annoying as that job can be to us, it is their job. Try to be kind.

Plumbers supply house, the rep would not give his name and when I asked to be removed from their list he laughed and said he didn't have to remove us.

Asked for my husband (who wasn't available). Wanted me to call out to door for him. When I wouldn't, he hung up.
